Three set routes. Join a scheduled departure, or book any of them privately on your own dates.

Three days across the protected area by 4x4 and on foot. We climb Burdah rock arch at first light, cross the red dunes at Um Fruth, and sleep two nights in camps far from the day-trippers. Tea with Zalabia families, a scramble through Khazali canyon to see the Thamudic inscriptions, and sunset from the Um Sabatah dunes.

Most people see Petra from the Siq and leave. We come in from the back, over the hills from Little Petra, and reach the Monastery before the crowds arrive. A full second day inside the city with Nadia, who studied archaeology at the University of Jordan.

Our longest route. Walk down Wadi Dana to Feynan Ecolodge, spend two days inside Petra, two nights in Wadi Rum, and finish with a swim in the Red Sea at Aqaba. One guide the whole way, and no day has more than three hours of driving.
Travelling as a family, a couple, or a group of friends? We run any of our routes privately and build custom itineraries, including balloon flights over Rum, diving in Aqaba and nights at Feynan. Private trips start at 2 travellers.
